Denials, reinspections, and recovery
For files that were refused, cut back, or went quiet. Each lane is a different denial reason.
Denied for insufficient damage
The carrier says there is no covered damage, or that it falls under the deductible. This is the submission that answers that specific ruling.
Approved for repair, not replacement
The carrier will pay to patch part of the roof. This is the argument for why a partial repair does not restore the system.
Denied for documentation
The carrier says the file is not documented well enough, or wants to reinspect. What actually closes that gap, and how a reinspection is triggered.
Reinspection supplement writing
Preparing the documentation package before a carrier reinspection so the visit confirms the scope instead of reopening it.
Depreciation recovery
The claim paid on an actual cash value basis and the withheld depreciation was never released. We prepare the completion letter that releases it.
