Denied Roof Claim Overturned to Full Replacement
By Kyle Hamrick, Founder · Updated August 17, 2026
A residential roofing claim came to us after the carrier reviewed the roof and determined there wasn't enough documented damage to justify anything beyond a patch, approving only a partial repair.
We come from the adjuster side of this industry, so we know exactly what a carrier needs to see to change a decision like that. We put together a photo-documented report that laid out the damage in detail, written in the carrier's own language, the way an adjuster would actually read and evaluate it.
The carrier re-reviewed the new documentation and agreed: full roof replacement was warranted.
Initial carrier position
~$1,700
Partial repair
Final approved amount
~$74,600
Full replacement
This is the category we're built for: denials and partial-repair decisions that get overturned to full replacement, always on justifiable items only. We don't pad claims or manufacture damage. We document what's actually there in a way carriers can act on.
